I WAS WRONG

I think I just wanted to save the world.

Now I'm here in a big ass city and a place at a big ass fancy art school.

And while drunk, I found myself shouting but I want to study something real! I wanna go to Yale! Help people!

Whatever happened to reading Adbusters and being a hardcore vegan and believing that the world will once be a better place in general.

Never happy.

Now I'm just reading Monocle and trying to hang on, learn everything, because you have to know every fucking design chair or your value as a human decreases.

Will someone love me if I don't? Is there a way out of the first world problem trap that doesn't involve transcendental mediation? Do I have to take up climbing? Read more Kureishi?

Is life just another bumper sticker that says You Only Live Once But I'm A Buddisht?

When everything is like that feeling when you wake up and it's already 2pm and you've almost lost the day.

THIS WHEEL'S ON FIRE

I booked my one way ticket to London just the other day. I am leaving in two weeks.

And yes, I am super excited! To go back to school! I've even got new glasses and soon a new haircut. And a Raf t-shirt and whatnot cool gear you need for the first day.

I just recently found out that the neighbourhood I am moving to is, uhm, rather hipster. Okay, I should have gotten the hint since it's located next to Dalston and Hackney but it doesn't hurt, does it.

Here's to moving to Stoke Newington and attending CSM. Textbook art school or what...

I'm even planning to pick up climbing as a hobby.

CAUSE I'VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT FOREVER

This weekend is the perfect weekend because I'm going to see Nicolas Jaar, Feist, Björk, Frank Ocean and my friends. And I'm going to kick it in leopard and a thin choker necklace, like I did in one of the perfect friend-nights in this outfit some time ago.

It's so cold this weekend and I guess everyone has to wear a jacket.

I love jackets.

TIME TO PICK MYSELF UP AND MOVE ON

Things I'm happy about:

I found myself a perfect little room in London.

Or should I say it found me and made me so stupidly happy.

University starts in 72 days. It's a Monday!

I get to do what I love and get paid for it. Take that haters.

Laughing when people compliment me on my writing.

Picking up the compliment up and taking it forward to new challenges.

I have so much useless stuff...I hear the money pouring down on me when it gets sold.

I will have a warm Aquascutum vintage coat that resembles a kelim carpet for the winter. A coat that I will truly love. And probably sleep in.

History documents and reading really long reportages.

Things that have to be done, and I don't care if it's boring because hey, check the above!

I've always hated people who are so excited about getting away and leaving Finland because I believe if you're miserable, you will just be miserable in some other city. I will be happy, now I will just be happy in another city.

I will do my best, my absolute best and I will achieve my goals.

And I will not return from happiness.
